Art. 1Seller Identification

Art. 2Purpose and Acceptance

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the online sale of shoes and clogs. Any order placed on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Art. 3Products

The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. In the event of an error or omission, Pellmaro undertakes to correct the information as quickly as possible. Product images are non-contractual and may display slight variations due to screen settings.

Art. 4Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs (which are currently offered free of charge; see our Shipping Policy). Pellmaro reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with the understanding that the price applied will be the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Art. 5Orders

An order is validated once payment has been accepted. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Customer. Pellmaro reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, a prior dispute, or an obvious pricing error.

Art. 6Payment

Payment is made online using the methods listed in our Payment Policy. Funds are charged when the order is confirmed. In the event of a payment issue, Pellmaro reserves the right to suspend shipment.

Art. 7Delivery

Delivery methods and estimated timeframes are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a firm commitment. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days beyond the estimated date and attributable to Pellmaro, the Customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Art. 8Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. Pellmaro voluntarily extends this period to 30 days. Full details can be found in our Returns Policy.

Art. 9Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, valid for 2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). Art. 10Liability

Pellmaro shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the products, force majeure events, or actions of third parties. Pellmaro is also not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Art. 11Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (trademark, logo, photographs, text, design) are the exclusive property of Pellmaro and are protected under French and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Art. 12Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

Art. 13Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to first contact our customer service department at contact@pellmaro.co to seek an amicable resolution.

If no amicable agreement is reached, consumer Customers may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform free of charge: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Failing resolution, any dispute shall be brought before the competent French courts in accordance with applicable law. For consumer Customers residing within the European Union, the mandatory protective rules of their country of residence shall remain applicable.
