Accepted payment methods

Pellmaro accepts the following payment methods:

SEPA bank transfer is available upon request for business orders.

No hidden fees

The displayed price is the final price. No processing fees, no handling fees, no currency fees, and no additional charges are added between the cart and checkout confirmation. Shipping is free and already included.

Payment security

All transactions are encrypted via the TLS/SSL protocol and processed by providers compliant with the PCI-DSS standard (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). Pellmaro never stores or sees customers’ full credit card numbers — this information is handled exclusively by the payment processors.

Card payments are also protected by 3D Secure authentication, in accordance with the European PSD2 directive.

Currency

Prices are displayed and charged in euros (EUR). Depending on your country, your bank may apply its own conversion fees; these fees are solely charged by your bank and are not received by Pellmaro.

VAT and invoicing

All prices are shown including VAT (TTC), French VAT included. An invoice is automatically sent by email upon order confirmation. For any request for a corrected invoice (VAT number, company name, etc.), please contact us at contact@pellmaro.co.

Payment declined or issues

If your payment is declined, first check your entered details and your bank limit. If the issue persists, contact us: we do not see the exact reason (your bank keeps it confidential), but we can offer an alternative payment method.
