Shipping Destinations

Pellmaro ships exclusively within the European Union and neighboring European countries: mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Switzerland.

We do not ship outside Europe. If your country does not appear during checkout, it means we do not serve it yet. Feel free to contact us at contact@pellmaro.co to be notified when shipping becomes available in your country.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. No surprise fees are added at checkout.

Processing and Delivery Times

This results in an estimated total delivery time of 3 to 9 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. If you do not receive it within 48 business hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@pellmaro.co.

Incorrect Address or Undelivered Package

Please carefully verify your shipping address before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@pellmaro.co. As long as the package has not yet been handed over to the carrier, we can modify the destination free of charge. Once the package has been shipped, reshipping fees may apply.
