Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: not worn outdoors, clean, odor-free, and accompanied by their original packaging whenever possible. Trying on a pair at home on a clean floor is, of course, perfectly acceptable — that is exactly the purpose.

How to Return an Item

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

We do. Pellmaro covers all return shipping costs throughout Europe. You do not need to pay anything upfront or request reimbursement afterward.

Refund Timeframe and Method

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days after the package is received at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1 to 2 days for the transaction to appear on your statement.

You will receive email updates at every stage: return received, inspection approved, and refund issued.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or model? The fastest option is to return the pair (free of charge) and place a new order at the same time. This avoids waiting periods, and the refund for the original order is usually processed within a few days.

Defective Item or Our Mistake

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will either replace the item or provide a full refund — including shipping costs — and only ask for a few photos to help us understand what happened.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30-day return policy is in addition to this legal right, not a replacement for it.
